Our workshop team are experienced mechanics who ride the same trails and roads as you. We understand what your bike needs to perform at its best, and we take pride in every job we do — whether it's a quick gear adjustment or a full suspension rebuild.

We're authorised service centres for Specialized, Pivot, Cube, and Cannondale, and our mechanics have specialist training in e-bike systems including Bosch, Shimano EP8, and Brose motors.

What We Offer

Our workshop handles everything from routine tune-ups to complex diagnostics and suspension servicing. We work on all major bike brands and specialise in mountain bikes, gravel/road bikes and electric bikes.

Bike Service Packages and Pricing

We offer clearly defined bike service packages to suit every rider - from casual cyclists to performance-focussed racers. If you're unsure which service is right for your bike, our team is happy to advise.

Standard Service - £100* This service includes the brakes service plus gear tune and safety check. In addition, your bicycle will be cleaned, the drivetrain degreased, lubricated. The aim of this service is to make sure your bike is road safe and working in good order. E-Bikes will be plugged into diagnostics and updated (£15*).	Standard Plus Service £140* This service includes everything that a standard service includes PLUS your hydraulic brakes are bled.
Premium Service - From £250* This service includes everything from the standard plus service and in addition, we strip your bike down back to just it's frame, clean and service the bottom bracket, headset and all wheel and frame bearings. Our aim with this service is to give you that new bike feeling again! The Premium Service is to get your bike running perfectly. It's with our mechanic team all day. This is our best-selling and most in-depth service ever!	Brake Bleed - £30 This covers bleeding of your bike's hydraulic brake. Rotor will be trued, and calliper inspected and aligned where required. Brake pads will be replaced at an extra charge if needed to comply with our safety standards. *Note that we only use the manufacturer's recommended fluids and genuine parts.
Gear Tune - £30 With this service, we will adjust your bike's limit screws, align the mech hanger if necessary, check your drivetrain for wear and advise if any of these parts need replacing. The fitting of parts is included in the price of this service.	Tune Up Service - £60 This service covers the basics to make sure your bike's bolts are tight, tyres at the correct pressure, brakes aligned, headset tightened and gears tuned. This service will have your bike safe to ride again.
E-Bike Update - £30* Stand-alone electric bike update. Your bike will be plugged into diagnostic software and any updates will be downloaded and installed with a printed report. *Free Of Charge for bikes purchased from us.	Quote - £10 To get an estimate of the work needed to fix your bike. This is included in all our service prices, however, if you do not go ahead with any of the work this fee will still be charged.

Extras

Puncture Repair from £20*
Tyre condition checked and any glass/thorns etc removed. Inner tube replaced with new rim tape and tyre replaced if necessary.
Wheel True from £30*
Wheel removed from bike, trued and tensioned. Any broken spokes are replaced as necessary.
Wheel Build from £60*
Please speak to a mechanic to discuss your wheel build requirements.
Headset Fitting from £30*
Removal of old headset, head tube cleaned and new headset installed. Crown race removed from forks and new one installed. If you need the head tube faced there'll be an additional charge of £20.
Bottom Bracket Fitting from £30*
Removal of old bottom bracket, shell cleaned and new bottom installed with anti-seize. If required, bottom bracket shell tapped or faced and there will be an additional charge of £20.
Hub Service from £30*
Hub stripped down, cleaned and inspected. Re-greased and new bearings and cones fitted if necessary.
Suspension servicing from £75*
Fork and shock servicing available – ask in store for details.
Bike Builds from £150*
Hourly Rate £60 per hour
For any other job we charge hourly.

* PARTS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH SERVICE PRICES UNLESS STATED. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WITH AN ESTIMATE FOR ADDITIONAL PARTS THAT NEED REPLACING UNLESS IT IS SAFETY RELATED IN WHICH CASE WE WILL GO AHEAD AND REPLACE THESE WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU TO MEET OUR SAFETY STANDARDS.
