Bike Service Packages and Pricing

We offer clearly defined bike service packages to suit every rider, from casual cyclists to performance-focused racers. If you are unsure which service is right for your bike, our team will be happy to advise.

Standard Service - £100*
Includes brake servicing, gear tuning and a full safety check. Your bike will also be cleaned, the drivetrain degreased and lubricated. This service is designed to make sure your bike is safe and working in good order. E-bikes can be plugged into diagnostics and updated for an additional £15*.

Standard Plus Service - £140*
Includes everything in the Standard Service, plus a hydraulic brake bleed.

Premium Service - From £250*

Includes everything in the Standard Plus Service. In addition, we strip your bike back to the frame, clean and service the bottom bracket, headset, wheel bearings and frame bearings.

The Premium Service is our most in-depth service and is designed to give your bike that new bike feeling again.

Brake Bleed - £30
Covers bleeding of your bike's hydraulic brake. The rotor will be checked, and the caliper inspected and aligned where required. Brake pads will be replaced at an extra charge if needed to meet our safety standards. We only use manufacturer-recommended fluids and genuine parts.

Gear Tune - £30
We adjust limit screws, align the mech hanger if necessary, check the drivetrain for wear and advise if any parts need replacing. Fitting of required parts is included in the price of this service.

Tune Up Service - £60
Covers the basics to make sure bolts are tight, tyres are at the correct pressure, brakes are aligned, the headset is tightened and gears are tuned.

E-Bike Update - £30*
A stand-alone electric bike software update. Your bike will be plugged into diagnostic software and any updates will be downloaded and installed with a printed report. Free of charge for bikes purchased from us.

Workshop Quote - £10
A workshop quote gives you an estimate of the work needed to repair your bike. This is included in all service prices, but if you do not go ahead with the work, this fee will still be charged.

Additional Workshop Services

*Parts are not included with service prices unless stated. You will be contacted with an estimate for additional parts that need replacing unless the part is safety-related, in which case we may replace it without prior approval to meet our safety standards.

Yes, our workshop services bikes from all major brands, whether they were purchased from us or elsewhere.

Yes, we service electric bikes and offer diagnostics and firmware updates for supported systems including Bosch, Shimano EP8 and Brose.

Are parts included in the service price?

Parts are not included unless stated. If additional parts are required, we will provide an estimate before carrying out the work, unless the part is safety-related and needs replacing to meet our workshop safety standards.

How long does a bike service take?

Turnaround times depend on the type of service, workshop availability and whether replacement parts are required. Many smaller jobs can be completed quickly, while larger services may require more time.
